Additionally, I kindly suggest that these FOIA logs be posted in an electronic reading room for the public&#8217;s convenience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FOIA Officer&#8217;s Reports:<\/strong> I also seek copies of the FOIA officer&#8217;s reports for the years 2016, 2017, 2021, and 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As an &#8220;all other requester,&#8221; I understand that I may be charged fees for search, duplication, and review. I am willing to pay up to a maximum of $5.00 for processing this request. Please notify me if the costs will exceed this amount before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that I am not requesting a fee waiver or expedited processing for this request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.
