Specifically, I am requesting the following records from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>The FOIA logs for the calendar years 2022 and 2023.\nThe FOIA annual reports for the years 2018 through 2023.\nThe original FOIA appeal letter and the final determination letter determining the disposition of all FOIA appeals received and\/or processed in calendar years 2021, 2022, and 2023.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that I do not request a fee waiver or expedited processing. I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of five dollars. Should the fees exceed this amount, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
