I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552). In the year 2022, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) received and processed four FOIA appeals. I am requesting the following records:

The original FOIA appeal letters for these four appeals.
The final letters determining the disposition of these four FOIA appeals.

Please note that I do not request a fee waiver or expedited processing. I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of five dollars. Should the fees exceed this amount, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
