In the spirit of civic engagement and pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552), I, Stephen Bolin, a citizen desirous of contributing to the enlightened understanding of our republic’s affairs, do hereby request the following information.

It is my intent to acquire a comprehensive list of all components and sub-components within the illustrious Department of the Army that maintain their separate FOIA logs. This request is made with the earnest intention of better understanding the structure and dissemination of information within this noble branch of our nation’s defense.

I am classified as an “all other requester” under the terms of the FOIA and am prepared to remit fees not exceeding the sum of five dollars ($5.00) for the processing of this request. Please note, I do not seek a waiver of these fees nor do I request expedited processing of this inquiry.

Should you find any part of this request unclear, I am readily available for clarification. I anticipate your response within the statutory time frame and look forward to your cooperation in this matter of public interest.
