Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request
Dear FOIA Officer,

I am writing to request records under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552).

• FOIA Logs: I am requesting copies of the FOIA logs for the calendar years 2016, 2019, and 2022. Additionally, I kindly suggest that these FOIA logs be posted in an electronic reading room for the public’s convenience.
• FOIA Officer’s Reports: I also seek copies of the FOIA officer’s reports for the years 2016, 2017, 2021, and 2023.

As an “all other requester,” I understand that I may be charged fees for search, duplication, and review. I am willing to pay up to a maximum of $5.00 for processing this request. Please notify me if the costs will exceed this amount before proceeding.

Please note that I am not requesting a fee waiver or expedited processing for this request.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information.
