Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request

Dear FOIA Officer,

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552). Specifically, I am requesting the following records from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA):

The FOIA logs for the calendar years 2022 and 2023.
The FOIA annual reports for the years 2018 through 2023.
The original FOIA appeal letter and the final determination letter determining the disposition of all FOIA appeals received and/or processed in calendar years 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Please note that I do not request a fee waiver or expedited processing. I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of five dollars. Should the fees exceed this amount, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
