I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C.

552). Specifically, I am requesting the following records from the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA):

The FOIA logs for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023.
The FOIA annual reports for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Records describing the qualifications a document must achieve to be included in the Department of Defense Education Activity FOIA reading room.

Please note that I do not request a fee waiver or expedited processing. I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of five dollars. Should the fees exceed this amount, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
